Experience
Mr. Rose-Wood joined Joan Wood Associates-Architects in 1998.  His professional responsibilities have included full architectural services for a wide variety of projects ranging from new construction and renovations of single and multi-family residences to institutional, commercial and public projects.  He became a full partner in 2004 and sole owner in 2010.  He is committed to designing well constructed beautiful buildings.

Construction Administration
All professional staff at RWA have extensive construction supervision experience.  Mr. Rose-Wood also has had previous experience both working in a design build capacity and supervising a wide variety of construction projects.  He is a LEED accredited professional and has extensive knowledge and experience in sustainable construction technologies.

Previous Experience
In addition to driving a cab prior to design school Joshua's work experiences have reinforced his abilities of observation, building technology and spatial understanding.  Before joining RWA he worked in Museum exhibit design, construction and has held architecture positions and practiced in Hong Kong, San Francisco and Boston.  He has also traveled widely throughout the USA, Asia, Central and South America and the Caribbean.

Teaching Experience
For 10 years Mr. Rose-Wood served on the faculty at the Boston Architectural College.  He has also acted as guest juror, lecturer and thesis adviser at various other architectural programs.
