Deep Energy Retrofit and Addition
Addition and renovation to an existing two family house in Roxbury, Mass. Project includes the adding of 800 additional square footage, 6" of insulation surrounding the building and new heating and ventilation systems. By expanding upward the project will enable the owners to take advantage of the skyline views with interior and exterior spaces overlooking the city. We hope this project will serve as a model for inexpensive sustainable retrofitting of a common housing type.
